Calendar Selection
Note that these calendars are marked with holidays from different countries. If you'd like a different country from that shown they please contact me and I will try to make another version. I should point out though that Lulu.com doesn't cater for all countries. One day Lulu.com may actually do the sensible thing and allow the holiday country/language to be selected on check-out. But that would be too logical.
